Back then, I was completely in love with this petite blonde with long, curly hair and he bluest of eyes. She never gave me the light of the day until I told her I had an extra ticket to the kd lang concert, would she be interested? She was sitting next to me during the concert, but I ignored her so completely she actually left without me noticing. This sure taught me a lesson: since then, I am very carefully not to take a date to any kd concerts.
