I love the motion paintings 3,5,and 8 There is a real capture of the movement in the paintings. Paintings 1,2,4 and.6 Feel too Flat..therefore the delicate hair in 1, the hands and feet of 2 and 4 are the only bright spor for me. Number 7 just isn’t for me. Since I am seeing these on a computer and not up close and personal, please take all Critiques with a grain of Salt. I Like the painted Effect in all the paintings.
As for the question: To me it Reinforces the Power of the Female Icon in movement. Porn is all about the Ritual. The Act of Dressing up, Putting a Seduction scenario in motion. The coming together and Feverish energy of sex, and then the breaking apart. Moving down from the endorphin high, back down to the ground and back into the normal, mundane life. Any moment in that Sequence Contains all that energy and power. Therefore the images began as primal urges, are Displayed as Iconic Porn poses. and ultimately express the power that resides in the Female Form..
